The meeting room and two offices are in a secure and private area of the centre. A private break out area is also provided, containing kitchen facilities and free-to-air television.

The meeting room is fitted with:

  • 1 x whiteboard with short throw projector and audio
  • Projector connectivity through laptop (user to provide laptop)
  • Teleconferencing facilities

The two offices are fitted with:

  • Desk
  • Private telephone

General facilities include:

  • Wireless internet access
  • Flip chart and paper is provided as required.

Room Capacity

The capacity of the meeting room is 10 persons.


Tea and coffee are provided in the breakout area. Cost is $5 per person for a half day or $8 for the day. Water and mints are provided in the meeting room.

Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea

Catering is provided by Temptations Catering. Temptations Catering provides a great range of options for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and they are able to cater for all dietary requirements. For further information on the menus available please visit We can arrange the meals for you based on your needs and budget. The cost for catering is charged at cost from Temptations Catering plus 10%. If you wish to self-cater, a $50 per day fee applies for staff preparation, cleaning etc.
