Each conference room is fitted with:

  • 1 x Electronic whiteboard with short throw projector and audio
  • 1 x White board with short throw projector
  • Projector connectivity through laptop or fixed desktop with internet access

General facilities include:

  • Wireless internet access
  • Breakout area with internet access and free-to-air television.
  • Flip chart and paper is provided as required.

1 x Conference Room size is 54m2.

  • Boardroom setting - 12 persons
  • U-shape setting - 15 persons
  • Small group setting - 20 persons
  • Classroom setting - 18 persons

2 x Conference Room size is 108m2.

  • Boardroom setting seats - 20 persons
  • U-shape setting - 25 persons
  • Small group setting - 50 persons
  • Classroom setting - 50 persons

Course Pre-requisites

Tea and coffee are provided in the breakout area. Cost is $5 per person for a half day or $8 for the day. Water and mints are provided in the conference rooms.

Morning Tea, Lunch, Afternoon Tea

Catering is provided by Temptations Catering. Temptations Catering provides a great range of options for morning tea, lunch and afternoon tea and they are able to cater for all dietary requirements. For further information on the menus available please visit We can arrange the meals for you based on your needs and budget. The cost for catering is charged at cost from Temptations Catering plus 10%. If you wish to self-cater, a $50 per day fee applies for staff preparation, cleaning etc.
